What We Found, and Why It Matters
Beginning Your Care Journey
Coming back for your Day 2 visit and choosing to start care is a big decision. It means you are looking for real change, not just a quick fix.
What Day 2 accomplished
At this visit, we:
-
Reviewed what we found in your exam and scans
-
Talked about what that means for your nervous system
-
Laid out a recommended care plan and schedule
This is where we move from information into action, with a plan designed specifically around your goals and how your nervous system is functioning.
How we think about care
In this office, care is not about treating disease or chasing one symptom at a time. Our focus is to optimize health and how your nervous system expresses that health.
Because we experience life through our nervous system, improving communication between the brain and body can shift many areas over time, from sleep and mood to digestion, focus, and behavior.
What change may look like
As your nervous system starts to adapt and reorganize, you may notice:
-
Changes that look exactly like you were hoping for, such as better sleep or calmer evenings
-
Changes that feel different or unexpected at first, as your body recalibrates
Changeability is more important than perfection. The fact that your system can respond and shift is often a good sign that things are waking up and reconnecting.
Between visits
Questions are normal as you move through this process. If anything comes up between visits, you are always welcome to call or text the office so we can support you along the way.
