Thank you for choosing Ballard Family Chiropractic!

Your first visit was a big step. It is the moment you decided to stop guessing and start building a clear plan for yourself or your child.

What we focused on today

Day 1 is all about listening to your story and really looking at how your body, or your child’s body, is handling life.

During this visit we:

  • Talked through your history and current challenges

  • Looked at how your nervous system is functioning

  • Started to connect symptoms like sleep, digestion, focus, and behavior to how clearly the brain and body are communicating

We experience life through our nervous system. When that communication is fuzzy or stressed, everyday things like sleep, mood, and digestion often start to struggle too.

What to expect at Day 2

Your next visit, Day 2, is where we put the pieces together.

At that appointment, we will:

  • Review what we found on your exam and scans

  • Explain what it means for your nervous system

  • Go through a recommended care plan

  • Discuss finances and make decisions about care so 22there are no surprises

If someone else needs to be involved in decisions about care or finances, plan for them to come with you or be available, so you can move forward confidently.

If you still need time to look over your Financial Plan after Day 2, that is okay, but please bring us your questions. Staying in limbo without a decision usually means you are not getting the support your nervous system needs, and it makes it harder to see real progress.

Between now and Day 2

If anything comes up between visits or you think of questions you forgot to ask, you are always welcome to call or text the office. The goal is for you to feel informed and supported as you move into this next step.
